Glowing reviews help business listings receive more clicks and direction requests, so growing gratitude is good for small business. The #SmallThanks campaign encouraged customers to show their love for their favorite spots with photos and reviews on Google. I led the creative design and execution of out-of-home, newspaper, online video and social ads featuring real 5-star reviews for beloved local businesses.
