To drive sign-ups of Google’s free 1-year AI Pro plan for students, we activated at the season’s biggest college football game: UT Austin vs. The Ohio State. We positioned Gemini as the ultimate college sidekick to "thrive, not just survive" game week by partnering with local eateries and distributing game-day gear. The experience showcased Gemini in real-time, helping fans use AI to generate witty rivalry signs, curate tailgate playlists and design custom t-shirts—and resulted in hundreds of social mentions and shares.
